Why is my ActivePulse workout not adjusting intensity?
ActivePulse requires a steady heart-rate signal. If the workout is not adjusting: make sure Echo is broadcasting heart rate, confirm the equipment is connected to Echo, check that your Apple Watch® is reading heart rate correctly, ensure your Apple Watch® is worn snugly.
