Yes. Echo broadcasts your Apple Watch® heart rate as a standard Bluetooth heart-rate monitor, which allows compatible iFIT equipment to receive your heart-rate data. Once connected, ActivePulse can use that heart-rate signal to automatically adjust your workout intensity.
