Using Echo with ActivePulse
What is ActivePulse?
ActivePulse is a feature in the iFIT training system that automatically adjusts the speed, incline, or resistance of your workout equipment to keep you within your target heart-rate zone. During an ActivePulse workout, the machine uses your heart-rate data to continuously adjust the workout intensity so you stay in the trainer's desired heart-rate zone.
