Troubleshooting Echo
Why don't my heart rate zones match between Echo and my workout equipment or app?
Heart rate zones are calculated using your maximum heart rate and resting heart rate. If zones don't match between Echo and your equipment, check that the max and resting heart rate values are the same in both systems. Update these in Echo via Settings.
