Why is my heart rate stuck at 60bpm?
Echo requires permission to read your heart rate from Apple Health. If this permission is disabled, Echo will not be able to read your updated heart rate. Open Settings on the Apple Watch®, navigate to Health > Apps > Echo and enable all permissions.
